After notification of delivery you have a 2 hour window to retrieve package and submit pictures of any dead fish for return. We require pictures of the fish unopened in the shipping bag and pictures of the fish outside of the shipping bag to process the return claim.
The return will be a full refund for the price of the dead fish. Returns do not cover shipping, shipping is excluded from all returns.
We do not cover claims for FedEx mishandling packages !
These claims are the responsibility of the buyer!
Example of FedEx claims that the buyer needs to address :
Packages not delivered in the OVERNIGHT/ 2 DAY timeframe resulting in DOA
Lost in transit
Package showing delivered on tracking and not in customers possession
Damaged package resulting in loss of fish
If any of these incidents occur it is the customers responsibility to take the action to file, the claim for the loss. Once the package has tracking and left the warehouse it is the carriers (FedEx) responsibility to ensure safe and efficient delivery, all claims for the mentioned reasons are not the responsibility of My Happiness Place LLC.
